  • Ensure you have the Authorization Code (or Auth-Code)
  • The domain must be active (if it expires during the process, we will not be able to finalize the transfer).
  • The Owner email address must be active
  • Be sure to have the correct data for the domain owner

A few simple steps

To ensure the correct transfer procedure, follow our instructions.

  • Enter your domain name and select the extension you are interested in
  • Choose the DNS to transfer your website to us and fill the form with data from the actual domain owner. The data you send will replace the previous ones.
  • Read the email that arrives to the domain owner and click on the link
  • Enter auth code
  • If data are correct, the procedure can take up a few days (24h for .it extension)
