We offer a series of tools that will facilitate the management of services assigned to your Dedicated Server.

Backup

The Backup is an option available that allows you to store a copy of your information. You will be given an account password FTP to access the backup of the server. You must make sure that you install and configure the necessary scripts or applications for the creation of the regular backup of your information. This operation is not counted in the bandwidth of your server.

Recovery

In the event that your operating system does not start, if the system’s files have been corrupt or if the hard disk breaks down, you can run an alternative operating system that works with Gnu/Linux Ubuntu.

You will recover total access to your server through the SSH protocol and you will have the necessary Linux tools available to repair your server and guarantee security. The recovery service allows you to check your hard disk, reset the parameters affected on your server, create a backup of information and install new applications.

Following a user configuration or security error, some of the system files may be corrupt or destroyed and it may not be possible to repair or restore them. In this case the only possibility is to return the server to its initial settings.

Restore

We offer tools that will allows you to restore your server’s operating system to its initial settings following a glitch/error/problem. Your hard disks will be automatically formatted and the operating system will be totally re-installed with the administration system you desire. You will receive a new access code to your server. The restoration of the system is easy to launch and only lasts for a short time.

This service is available 24 hours a day you can access it from the server control panel.

Reboot

Nothing is more important for an administrator than maintaining control of the server. You can rest assured that with our new range of servers, since all our systems have (either by default or as an option) an electronic at-a-distance Reboot system, you can reboot at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can reboot your server from any internet access point around the world through your customer space. According to the configuration selected, you can reboot your server in 15-30 minutes or you can choose an instant reboot that will be effective immediately.
