Change of Owner/Assignee
Online procedure for .ES, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .CAT and .EU domains
The change of owner/assignee allows you to change the owner, that is the assignee of one or more domains having one of the following extensions: .es, .com, .net, .org., .cat and .eu
The procedure also includes one year maintenance and, for .com, .net .org, .cat and .eu domains, it adds one year validity starting from the expiry date of the domain.
To carry out a change of owner/assignee, you just have to follow these 3 easy steps:
- Carefully read the rules for a correct change of /owner/assignee
- Enter your domain name here. You can also perform multiple changes
- Follow the guided procedure and make sure that the data you are entering is correct.

Procedure for NON .es/.com/.net/.org/.eu domains
The procedure may vary according to the extension and the number of domains. We recommend you request a customised estimate .
Important!
- Pay extra attention to the Billing -c! If during the change of owner involving a domain that is already being maintained by Nominalia.com you decide to change the relevant billing-c details too- the person who pays for the domain maintenance- all the services associated to that domain, free as well as payable, will be deactivated. To keep using these services, the new Billing -c will have to purchase and configure them again. Otherwise, if the billing-c details have not changed, all the services associated to your domain will stay unchanged.
- Check the DNS! During the procedure you can decide whether to maintain your DNS or to pass to those of Nominalia.com (this operation is included in the price). If you decide to keep your DNS, we suggest you pay extra attention when configuring them.
