  • Descripción de la oferta:
    En dependencia del responsable del Departamento Comercial y como miembro de un equipo de ventas internacional, el candidato deberá atender telefónicamente a los clientes interesados en nuestros servidores dedicados, asesorarles y llevar a buen término la venta. Deberá buscar también nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

    En concreto deberá:
    • Atender las llamadas entrantes y asesorar al cliente sobre el producto
    • Garantizarle al cliente la mejor solución para sus necesidades
    • Recontactar a los clientes que soliciten una cita telefónica
    • Realizar campañas telefónicas

    Requisitos mínimos:
    • Imprescindible dominio de español
    • Buenos conocimientos informáticos y técnicos
    • Buena actitud telefónica con el cliente
    • Capacidad de escucha activa
    • Capacidad y adaptabilidad al trabajo en equipo
    • Tolerancia a situaciones de estrés

    Requisitos deseados:
    • Conocimientos en técnicas de venta
    • Capacidad de autoformación
    • Conocimiento del catalán
    • Interés en todo lo referente al mundo de Linux, Windows, VPS y Plesk.

  • Role: Reporting to the Marketing Manager Europe, you will be responsible for increasing customer retention and sales, by developing marketing actions.
    He/she must develop, implement and manage all communications and promotional activities, identifying the best strategies in cooperation with the Product Department.
    The role implies periodical and systematic monitoring of sales results, in order to plan or refine marketing actions based on actual performance.

    Professional background:
    The ideal candidate should have:
    • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, with the aim of segmenting the customer base
    • First-hand experience in the management of email marketing, and strong copywriting skills;
    • 2 + years proven experience in operational marketing, preferably in the same industry (domain names registration and hosting services) and in the Spanish market.
    • Fluent spoken and written English (knowledge of Catalan would be a plus);
    • A passion for the Internet and a desire to experiment and innovate.

    Requirements:
    The ideal candidate must demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the following areas:
    • Marketing & Communication campaign planning;
    • Operational management of marketing mix in online contexts;
    • Development and management of all promotional actions for several products;
    • Ability to gear communication style and offers toward customers;
    • Ability to monitor and guarantee positive ROI in accordance with the marketing activities carried out;
    • Ability to analyze sales data, evaluating campaign performance and forecasting the impact of planned activities on customers (sales increase/decrease/retention/churn); ability to recommend the best course of action based on sound analysis;
    • Team playing for the creation and implementation of ONLINE campaigns (Note: the organization of marketing events, fairs etc. are not in scope);
    • Ability to monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and plan reactive actions if needed;
    • Excellent spoken and written communications skills, with a special focus on online communication;
    • Ability to work in international teams, in a fast-pace, multicultural environment, working against tight deadlines and liaising on a regular basis with peers and managers working in remote locations;
    • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
